Interior Renovation
| The exterior of the "handyman special home" was not the
only area of the house that needed improvement. Here are some images
depicting the house "as is" when it was purchased, through the progression
of the interior renovation. |

The old kitchen was a bit of a mess . .
a new kitchen was constructed using all new cabinets & fixtures
... the results ... speak for themselves! |

| Out with the old and in with the new. The existing bathroom complete
with a hole to the crawl space below was in a rotted addition to the
house, which was removed and a new foundation and larger addition took
it's place. |

So much for the original interior... the gutting and construction of new
walls - rooms begins.
Only 1 original wall, and a small section of the front roof remained in
tact during this old house's undertaking. |

| After the process of renovating the house was
completed, it was even better than the home owner could have ever dreamed!
